Obviously you need to eat more, a lot more. Try to have two or three huge meals a day. When I say huge I mean easily over a thousand calories. I am talking about going to an all you can eat buffet and competing with everyone else there. I am talking about having the most fatty foods. The kind that is very abundant at any fast food joint. As far as the types of foods go you want to have all the carbs, saturated fats, and sugar your body can handle. Binge on these foods like ice cream, bacon cheeseburgers, and pizza. Make sure you do not eat for long periods of time and then when you are feeling very hungry you unload. That way your metabolism slows down a heck of a lot. Also forget about exercising. If you want to get fat you should not even come close to a gym. Heck you should go through the drive thru at fast food places just to be very fat. Remember the lazier you are the fatter you will get. Aim for the foods that taste the best and avoid anything that tastes like cardboard. A great example is salad without the dressing. Yuck! Make sure you snack on sweets like twinkies and cake.
